The combination of the steak thread and the fact that I am using it today, made me share this with you guys.....
I love a good smoked flavoring on almost all my meat and poultry products. I used to have a charcoal smoker that I would use occasionlly, but I am a lazy fuck and hate the task of screwing with charcoal.
Well the problem has been solved, I bought a electric smoker from Lowes for about $70 and I have used it about 8 times since then and I can tell you it is incredible!! I like it better that the charcoal one because the heat is constant and you can add as many wood chips to it and not have to worry about it screwing up the charcoal cooking time. I made a turkey a few weeks back and it was in a word, DELICIOUS!
