Is a bet a bet or does the size of a bet determine the validity of an opinion?

I have a hard time believing a guy who bets $25 a game is going to make the same plays when he is betting $1000 a game. Jake says he would bet the same and a bet is a bet but I promise you he would not be making the same plays if he had a dime on the line each time.

Do you guys want to hear opinions with money behind them or does it not matter to you?

In my opinion people who play with monopoly money have different opinions and can afford to take risks because the result will not hurt as bad and there is just no way around it.

If he bets $25 on some games and $1000 on others (1-40 units) I would be inclined to think he has far less confidence in his 1 unit bets.

20 yrs ago $25.00 was like a nickel to me now, it depends on how you sweat the play. if it takes a dime, a hundy, a nickel, no difference as it depends on the person. i've had some large coin on different events though my personal plays are considerably less. weird but i've seen guys sweat the 25.00 a helluva lot more than the dime players.
