I know we use to pay her to always be ranked high about 8 or so years ago until we figured out what a waste a money it was.....

Ive heard they use fictional lines for grading.

for instance if Boston College was -3.5 this morning and they are going to play soon and the line is -5 now, if I were a tout there and released BC as a play now they would let me use -3.5 as the line for grading.

that will inflate records
