The MIT team didn't change any thing. Conditions had been deterioting for a long time before them. They have to be the most over-rated and over-publicized and , ultimately unsuccesful black jack team in history. Had a short run which, more tahn anything, was ended by their ridiculously low pay-outs to their counters. They only paid 10%to the players who provided the talent that would make or break the team. Who cares how much money you take from a few casinos if teh people that are providing the most for the team are eating up their anonymity for such a low price. Some disgruntled player no doubt turned on them after such shoddy treatment.
I'll give the managers of the MITers this though. They are very astute at hyping and publicizing and cashing in on a level of success they never had in the casinos!
As a team and a force in 21 history they aren't worth a mole on Ken Uston or Ed Thorpe's asses.
