I (with some help from mike0187) are posting the starters for tomorrow's action in the MLB forum. I'll also post starting lineups if I see anything that doesn't look like the normal guys in there.

Baseball is baseball Jimbo. If you can figure out what pitchers are pitching and what hitters are hitting, and what pitchers are working on pitchers and not just pitching regularly... you can beat this stuff.

you CAN make money on Spring training...i have done it!

The key i have used is pretty simple, pitchers irregardless..

you will see teams who just don't try in Spring Training to win games, the standings indicate this, bet AGAINST the teams at the bottom of the standings and you WILL make money in ST. Give it a week, them hammer away

OMG I am going to agre with BTJ. You people are some sorry ass degenerates betting on spring games. LOL @ all of you sick gamblers that can't get through life without action.

Brock I say you are full of shit. Yeah maybe some money on it just for fun, but to say you can be a winner betting on people that will pack your groceries next week is just silly.

The starting offense gets 3 at-bats usually...

Pitching is different but when you figure out who is pitching and how much, you can usually find out whether the pitcher is working on a pitch or is expected to go out and try to dominate...

:monsters- good luck with that. Please post your plays so we can see if you can turn a profit. 1 unit per play so it will be easy to keep track.

BTJ TRS...i dont even use spring training games because the guys that know what thye're doing are far ahead of me and my lines.....im not saying jake is one those guys but it is not profitable to book......so the exact opposite of what you guys are saying is true the sharp guys will eat a books lunch on this stuff

I'll post em at 1 unit a play, will play em for like $5 a pop though. I'm not saying it's easy to beat but I think it can be beat. Still, it takes alot more work to find stuff out and I won't be as confident as regular season ball.

Steak you would know better than me. I just don't see it. How do you even try to look at it? How do you know who will be late game replacements? How do you know how many pitchers will be used?

Just shows who has a gambling problem to me.

You need complete pitching rotations, not just starters. Starters will go 3 innings max, and it's much more valuable knowing every pitcher they are going to throw. Info is out there and not hard to find. If you are betting based on the starters in spring training, you are either an idiot or a fool.

For example, the white sox have blown dog the last 2 years in spring training, once the trend was in place, after a week, it was like shooting fish in a barrel, they lost, and got killed Day after Day. It was sick for a while, and it pisses you off when they do actually win, but man, the consistently bad ST teams are money
