OT: Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure Tickets?

Anyone know the best way to get tickets for the theme parks? One day passes...

Do people stand outside the parks and scalp them cheaper than at the gates? Don't really want to spend $80 each on these things.

I need some for Orlando. Anyone has suggestions let me know. $70 for one day/one park is the cheapest I'm seeing online. Leaving Saturday AM so don't really have time for ebay.

I was there bout 6 weeks ago. paid 80 bucks for a one week ticket..online at there website. i would not buy any tickets from 'scalpers' causs thay do a finger scan when you walk in . So the tickets you might buy from a scalper might not be good.

But if you get there at the opening you should see bout parks.

lot of fun . also if you eat a lot the all you can eat is a good deal think it was like 20 bucks

golfer, thanks for the info. Never been there but everyone says its great. Gonna be in Orlando for three nights but gonna try to cram this into one day, then see a spring training game and a Magic game the other nights.

TTP, I probably need 3 or 4, will know by the end of the week. Arriving in Orlando Thursday the 6th. You can email me or post here if you have any.

drh, if you have something let me know. I talked to the hotel I'm staying at and they said I can have something mailed or shipped there if I need it.
