Is it just a regular ATM machine that says NetSpend on it? Or do you have to reload with a customer service representative behind the counter?

Most are brain dead clerks at convenient stores...that make a face like you asked them to explain the theory of life.

I have to drive 30 mins to a check cashing store...that load it in under a minute.

Usually at the convenient stores around here...the clerk usually says 'machine is down' (aka has no effin clue how to work it) or attempt to while taking 15 mins & making everyone in line pissed off at you.

Thats my general experience...only use check cashing stores that use 'em.
