GM Shoot out,

he had to get at least 15 of 20 goals in the net from the far blue line in 24 seconds.....

Coudnt have happened to a nicer guy, I think he is native and has been playing hockey since he was 10 years old....

he said he would use the money to pay off his house and secure a future for his children.....

wow.....

Hopefully someone will post this on youtube.

Anyone else catch that?

I am in another room and heard them say that he would be doing it in between 1st/2nd periods and paid no mind to it...guess i should've watched. That's awesome, it's good karma when good things happen to good people.

This guy certainly had the skills to do it, he got 9 out of 10 goals in the first challenge.

Each of the three guys had to get at least 15 shots in totals so that all 4 of them would win the hybrid each, he got nine in, the second guy got 6 in so the third guy didnt have to shoot, all three of them + audience member won the car.... but the first challenge was from the red line, the Million dollar challenge was from the blue line.

Again, it looks like he is a hardworking family man, coudnt have happened to a better person I dont think. his experience in hockey sure helped him, bobby orr coached him yesterday.

There are no taxes on gambling or contest winnings in canada unless you are a designated professional, he gets the full amount.

He also won a GM Hybrid of some sort
