Rx Spring Training MiniBash...Mar 28th

Raising this date as a target for like minded RxForum mates to all gather at the river

It's the only Fri/Sat night game I could spot among the three Pinellas County based teams (TBAY, TOR, PHI)

Friday, March 28 7pm
Brighthouse Field, Clearwater (US 19 & Drew St)

The wife and I can make that date, which coincidentally happens to be both my birthday and our 5th wedding anniversary.

If you'd like to come along, please post an RSVP here and about two weeks prior I'll personally buy a block of tickets for which you can then reimburse me on the night of the game.

SIDE EVENT

Happy Hour at TwoBuks sports bar starting about 4:30pm til about 6pm. It's located about two miles from the park. Those who attended last February's Rx-friendly Happy Hour at TwoBuks already know the drill.

Count me in Barman.....and unless there is a poker tourney somewhere, I am sure my better half will join us....We're actually going to the DRays game this coming Saturday afrernoon. It will be nice to see you two again, and TTP that would be great to meet you and your wife as well....

Gonna definately give it a shot Bills. Tell Fish if we get board we can play some head up nl in the stands.

THIS IS IN THE PEAK OF MARCH MADNESS BTW, with games at the forum I think that weekend. I'll be at the SUNDAY GAMES.

FISH I'd hope maybe some of us could do a friday 1st opening round outing near KEVIN's.

That was the night of Fish's "retirement" if memory serves...good time.

My lacrosse team has a game scheduled for the 28th, but there is a very good chance that it will move to Saturday, the 29th. I should know in a week or so.

I will be hitting up quite a few games, so the majority of most venues/days are good for me if anyone wants to meet up somewhere.........

Again, I would prefer Dunedin, Clearwater, St. Pete, Winter Haven, or Lakeland..............or even Sarasota or Bradenton.

I don't post often, and have visited the site less these days. Wifey has been with child for 6 months now, and my time has been occupied with other things. Quite a trip to become a father again at 43, especially when your youngest one is 20, lol.

It was good to see the pictures again. Good times. As long as I live, I'll never forget the diplomatic efforts from 5Team and BEO when Fish "slipped" about 3 rows into that older couple. :lolBIG:

Count me in for the 28th. My b-day is the 22nd, so we'll celebrate together. And congrats on 5 years. Wifey and I have now been married almost twice as long as I was with my two previous wives combined. So I applaud the longevity.

Doubt I will make 2Buks, but will let you know.
