It's all good. They just need to get adjusted to the new lineup and they should still be a Final Four team in West, though it appears they may lose the Pacific to the Laker Girls

And with tonight's game, Philly was an exception to teams which have common problems playing 3rdin4 nights Away.

Sixers are now 11-3 ATS playing in that scheduling role this season. Including last season, they are 17-5

Overall 3rdin4s past season+, Philly is now 29-16 ATS

Phoenix lost the key to their team in Marion. He meant way too much to them. Shaq is just a name right now. Kerr will be banging his head against the wall when Phoenix get elminated in round 1 or 2 of the playoffs.

We didn't lose the game; we just ran out of time

Kerr wanted to get back in the booth with Marv

Thats the best excuse i have come up with for that trade, no other reason seems reasonable

They had to make a move. They weren't winning it all with the team they had and Kerr knew it. I applaud him for his aggressive (not stupid) move. The rest of the lame ass NBA just sits on their one superstar (if they are lucky enough to have one) and take in the money at the gate (ex what Clev, Sea, Mil have been doing for years). Kerr isn't gonna sit there and make the safe play and go deep into the playoffs only to lose.

The safe way is how the Cubs have gone 100 years without shit to show for it. You don't want a GM or owner to think that way.

It's a busy Western Conference for sure...But watch and see how in their final 15+ games, the Suns get their defensive average down to 102 or less - a huge improvement for them and a winning combination if they can maintain a 107+ offense (currently 109.5 as has been the past 3+ seasons)

I honestly liked the move and still think they will be okay but not a really good start.

wow, where do i start? why did they have to make a move? isn't this the team that had spurs on he opes in the 2nd round last yr when amare got suspended?
agressive move? no, flat out stupid!!!!!!!!! shaq is done and everyone knows it. sure he gives them 25 minutes a game but it's the other 23 min that your missing marion. they really miss maion on both ends of the floor.
as far as one superstar goes, nash, amare and marion are all allstars.
this team is DONE!!!!!!!!

everybody probably got lucky when Dallas shit the bed last year

Not only did the Suns lose to SA last year, but their old team may not have gotten past this years Dallas, LAK, or the Spurs, let alone whoever comes out of the East after an a brutal in-conference West battle.

In case you guys weren't aware, Marion has wanted out for some time now.

Think big picture not totally short term or whatever happened last year.

If no move is made he's wrong. He makes a big move out of what the market had available and he's wrong. That's why Kerr gets paid.

Suns 11-3 last 14

Suns were being out-rebounding before the trade, now they are out-rebounding their opponents

Amare per game scoring up since trade

two weeks to go till post season and I think they are learning to play together

FYI...Celtics win over The Charlotte Bobcats on Sat. was record breaking.

The Boston Celtics improved to 61-15 with a 101-78 win in Charlotte over the Bobcats Saturday night. That’s 37 more wins that last season’s 24-58 disaster that led the Celtics to acquire Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen.

The win gave the Celtics a new NBA record for best turnaround from one season to the next.

The old record was held by San Antonio going from 20-62 to 56-26 in 1997-98, the year they got Tim Duncan with the No. 1 overall pick in the draft.

The Celtics have homecourt advantage throughout the playoffs also clinched, which means someone will have to win at least one game on the famous parquet floor in Boston in order to defeat the Celtics in a playoff series this year.

Paul Pierce’s fiancee, Julie Landrum, gave birth to a daughter, Prianna Lee on Friday which was why Pierce didn't make the trip to Charlotte.

The Celtics remain a popular draw on the road as The Bobcats had their fifth sellout in 39 home games Saturday night.

His Is The Hand

Does Phoenix play Boston next?

No, but I didn't want to start another NBA thread here in the Offshore Forum.

Happy?

You seem to have inferred the wrong point from my post. Not the 1st time.

Thought maybe there was a monster matchup on the horizon I didn't see them plug on tv today when I read the article. I'll try to direct my posts elsewhere in the future.

and I'm having a very good day thank you :103631605

(a good week for that matter)
