The dump known as Cleveland Stadium hosted the most AS games.

Griffith Stadium was the last of the original AL 8 to host a night game.

#2)

It was not until 1946 that the Yankees achieved this feat....well after the glory days of the Babe.

#5)

The "Mistake by the Lake" hosted 4 All Star Games....1935, 1954, 1963 and 1981.

#7)

It was not until 1948 that the Detroit Tigers were able to play home games under the lights, 13 years after the Reds started it all. Wrigley Field, although a NL ballpark, waited until 1988, another 40 years to install their lights!
