The Boston Globe email press release I just received made the claim:

A contract agreement between the Patriots and receiver Randy Moss is
imminent, according to a source with ties to Moss. The deal is for three

Good. Heard again this moring at the gym, Farve is more likely to stay in the league if they sign Moss.

Wish Farve would retire already, sick of hearing him say he's retiring if he doesn't get what he wants.....waaaaa

I also think Favre comes back but why does the moss decision influence his?

I wonder if he just used Dante as a negotiation chip (who knows what leverage stupidity buys you).....or maybe Dante is part of the package and TB will be his back up. :103631605

Because that's what they do. Because you can't win a superbowl playing the game like it's nintendo. Because their D will be worse next year and it was pretty bad last year. Because they've been overrated since the 2003? superbowl. Because they just aren't that good and all the smoke and mirrors won't keep working. Ask the Giants.

I think Pats lose one of their first 2 games next year to end the undefeated repeat.

The Philadelphia Daily News reports today that receiver Randy Moss spoke extensively with Eagles head coach Andy Reid about the possibility of signing with Philadelphia.
Meanwhile, the Philadelphia Inquirer notes that the Eagles offered more than the three-year, $27 million contract that Moss signed with the Patriots, and "felt as if they were close to striking a deal with the star receiver before the news about the Patriots broke early this afternoon."

250-300 catches , 3600-4200 yds , and 35-50 TDs for Randal in those 3 years ...
