I requested a four figure withdrawal in late January via FedEx, was sent out the next day but FedEx actually lost the package. 5Dimes was very cooperative and explained the entire process I would have to go through and gave me a realistic timetable in which I would have the money back in my account. I did what I asked and finally got the letter I needed from FedEx saying that they lost my package on Friday, talked to customer service and they said I would have the money back in my account on Wednesday. Check the account today and the money is there except for the withdrawal charge. I get on live chat and ask if they could refund the withdrawal charge as well which they do immediately and thank me.
