They settled today for 20 million I think.

PS, even though there's no scientific evidence of this stuff working outside of a really iffy clinical study by two guys (one of which who didn't graduate college apparently)... this stuff has always worked well for everyone I know.

There are a bunch of knock-offs as well. The company where I work has developed their own brand. I wonder if they will get sued too.

It has always worked for me, whether it was psychosomatic or not I don't know. I did try a knockoff (think the name was Wal-born) and it didn't work nearly as well.
Don't remember them saying they cured a cold, just that it boosted the immune system a la Emergen-C and like products.
I was introduced to it by a certain porn star with a fabulous personality and have believe ever since.

Yes, it's free money. It's hard to believe they will ever pay it without proof of purchase. I think that's what they are hoping. They get bombarded with claims and a sympathetic judge reduces the settlement. Every coupon clipper in the country is going to submit a claim for $63.00.

Yep, I filed online for $63 twice once for me and the wife. I always felt like it worked for me as well. here is the link:

Every time I go to Vegas I catch a cold, chapped lips, sore throat, etc despite using this product. I guess I am not a suggestive patient

Just because it is free doesnt make it right! You are trying to get people to commit fraud here. Sure they wont be charged or anything, but it is assholes that do this that raise the price of everything else that we buy everyday. Thanks alot

The only fraud committed was by the marketers of this product with no studies behind it making unfounded claims.

I agree that the product was fraudulent, but seeking refunds which you are not entitled too is just as bad.

Of course bigbet had to be an ass as usual. He probabaly did ask for 10 claims! What a loser!

It would be hilarious if this was a spoof website and the Nigerians are getting these addresses and information.

By the way, have never even heard of this product. I never use herbal remedies, but usually have at least heard of them. When was this stuff on the market and what was it used for??

I would have to guess that less than 10% of us have ever actually used this product if we could be honest about it
