He probably sleeps for 6 or 7 hours...
Watches sports for another 6 hours....this includes alcoholic beverages
meals take up 2 hours (including prep time)
transportation takes up to 1 hour (if he goes anywhere)
then he has only another 8 hours he has to ration between chasing down porn stars and posting on an internet forum.....

where does the time go?

He even finds time to simultaneously share with us his fantasy girl while pleasuring himself.

Bigbet was out all day and just saw this. I assume you are asking a serious question, so I'll do my best to answer it.

I got most of the drinking and gambling out of my system the first few months. Believe it or not, I rarely go out to drink and aside from the occasional glass of wine or beer with dinner don't drink nearly as much as I used to.

I learned that I needed some hobbies and activities to keep me from getting bored, so I've picked up some old ones and renewed some new ones.

I enjoy cooking (and have a girlfriend that appreciates a gourmet meal).
I've watched all the movies on the AFI top 100 list.
I read a lot of books and research on the internet some things I am interested in educating myself about.
I've renewed my interest in writing and am looking at pursuing a few avenues there.
I made a goal to take a vacation every month. Not necessarily the big Costa Rica type vacation, can be as little as a day trip to Death Valley or something like that.
I haven't been real successful at it so far, but hope to get back exercising regularly and get in shape. I'm taking up a sport I used to play and be pretty good at as well.
There's always something going on in town whether it's sporting events, concerts, or group meetings. I've enjoyed the freedom or advantage of some of these.
Just about everyone comes to Vegas and whether it is an email or phone call I enjoy getting together for drinks or dinner with friends and associates.

As far as gambling, I place a few bets online but am not as hardcore a gambler as most think I am. I've been to casinos in town four times this calendar year. Once I went to the movies and the other three times was actually to meet Rx'ers.

Hope that answers your question and feel free if you have more.

Forgive my ignorance....if you aren't a hardcore gambler...how the hell do you have money to live off of?

Excuse me if you or your family were victims of some horrible accident and were beneficial to a large settlement....but I simply assumed you quit your "job" because you were doing really well at sportsbetting

I quit my job because I didn't enjoy going to work anymore and didn't respect the company I worked for.

I was smart with investing my money and lived below my means for a few years in case a rainy day came. It did and I left.

I am in the same boat GD..I am in my second month of vacation and won't be returning to work until August, if that! Lots of vacations and good times ahead, culminating with the BASH in August...

This leads me to believe your net worth is going down as you are living off of savings? Granted, if your investing skills are fantastic, then you could potentially make more than you spend. (which is along the lines as the "pro" gamblers)

I know the market has been stressful, if you are depending on this, my best wishes. If you really are slowly depleting your savings, that must be scary (knowing you will need to get back out there someday).

I guess either way, must be nice to not have to clock in and out for as long as you have....living the dream GD....nice!

Shdw,
You are correct. I do have some income, although it is inconsistent at times and am working to find other revenue streams.
My net worth does decline at times, not as much as if I were still working and in the market ironically.

Bigbet,
Yes, would take something compelling to get me to leave.

Dante,
I tried and came up "short" in the audition. They said they'd call me back when they started filiming "The Minuteman" or "The Angry Inch".

GD...you should come down to Costa Rica and appear in "12 Angry Men", a play that Judge Wapner is directing this summer...any chance of being in DC in two weeks?

Almost no chance Viejo. Just can't stomach the trip.

I assume that play is based on the classic movie that Henry Fonda was in. One of my favorites. I'm not much of an actor. I peaked when they forced me to play a kid in some high school play when I was in 1st grade. I think it was "I Remember Mama".
