for the Browns this year. I just feel it. I've been a diehard fan since '85 and have never felt this good about a Cleveland team. I truly feel that they will trade DA for a high first round pick and grab either Dorsey or McFadden, (I'd prefer Dorsey) and this will really give them what they really need to win. If they had a better defense last year they would have won at least one or two more games. I love Williams and Rogers on that D-line. The D-backs have Wright in his second year and two of the best safeties in the league. The offense adds Stallworth to go along with Edwards and K2. Throw in the best O-line in the nfl and you have yourself a superbowl. I'm excited.

I can understand your optimism as a fan, but I just don't see it happening. They would have to significantly upgrade their defense just to win a playoff game next season.

People from outside of Cleveland will laugh at this and say it is not possible simply because of the reputation of the Browns. They have upgraded their biggest problem on defense, and that was the D-line.

Cleveland, Detroit, Arizona, Houston... I know that there are a couple more but can't think of them right now. The Seahawks were part of the group 'til a couple of years ago.

Well the Browns are in my mind the favorites in the AFC North thats for sure.Stallworth if healthy might help the Browns but this guy is a bum and got way overpaid in my opinion.

I think he will give a great second option for Quinn (or DA). He is not a superstar but he has some speed that they needed opposite Braylon. The Pats had their year and will be deflated, Indy are choke artists that had a lucky year. The Chargers are the team that will be there if it is not the Browns.

I know that i have been waiting my entire lifetime for a championship in any sport here in Cleveland.
The Cavs get to the finals and get swept.
The Tribe blew it last season against the Red Sox.
The Browns Blew in in there 2nd to last game against the Bengals.
Let's not even talk about the Buckeyes the last 2 years.
It's typical Cleveland fans like you that are satisfied with those kind of seasons. I am 40 years old and used to be happy with those type of years but have given up and believe that Cleveland is just cursed. What else could it be? No other city has waited this long for a championship.

I've been waiting over 20 years for a championship, what's your point? I'm satisfied with almost getting there or almost winning it??? Get a clue. I am one fan that will never be happy until a Cleveland team wins something. I do agree with the jinx though. But jinxes do have ends to them.

Finally got the trash out. I never knew that being happy about my Brownies would start a jealous rampage by three children. Oh well, this place attracts all kinds.
