It doesnt matter how Posters like SSI mixes it in their quest for a winning system, the only stat that matters punting wise is the Home Run, thats why they take the Drugs, to hit the fucking ball hard. Books have the lines to a Tee but using Home runs on Totals is their big weakness. :drink:

Surprising but true. The most spectacular play in baseball is also the most underrated. Some of the most undervalued pitchers have the ability to keep the ball in the park. Wang of NYY and Cook of Col are a couple examples. Combine this with opponents HR rate, HR rate of likely relievers and park factors, you can find an edge.

Winbet if I could find a good beverage / bollocks translator for your posts I'm sure I would be a much more successful bettor. Luckily this one I know enough about to confirm it. Until then I'll just continue to be entertained. Thanks for the knowledge you do throw out there.

Glad your on the right lines. To push out the Home Run thing a bit more its about 1 HR per team per game and the Books have that in their overall price context so as far as I'm concerned anything over the norm is an advantage. The last few Years I've concentrated on sides which was successful but problematic, this Year I'm playing Totals which are more HR friendly and easier to deal with.

Your advantage is easy to work out as the spread is 0.6 to 1.4 per run. So Two Teams with a HR Rate of 1.25 would mean a 1/2 run over the Total which the books are not catering for, while this isnt big time when it crosses a threshold of 8 or 9 its monumental. :drink:
