If they put 3 of these shithole teams in the tourney over a K-State or Syracuse for example, then they should have their head examined. Not that Cuse or K-State are much more deserving, but this conference is a joke, and the teams in it are mediocre at best, and they also play a piss poor version of hoops.
San Diego is by far the worst of the 3 of them but had the advantage of playing this tourney on their home court, and got lucky at the right time. St Marys has been way overated all year....especially the 2nd half of the season, as they have looked like shit. Gonzaga pissed their chance away tonight as far as Im concerned. Few is a good coach and they have built a nice reputation, but this years version is one of their poorer squads. God help us if all 3 of these teams from this conference get in this year. :shocked:
