HELP! Question for the geniuses

I found a site a while back that would let you set up your own online sportsbook. You could then give your friends accounts, and they could log in and place wagers online just like if they were betting offshore, but you are the one who is booking the action. The host of the website had the templates all set up, and the lines, different wager types were all set up for you. All you had to do is set up the accounts for your friends, give them credit limits, and sit back and watch their action come in, Do any of you know what site I am talking about? I want to open an account there and have a contest with my friends for march madness, sort of like an office pool, but everyone starts with like $10k and whoever turns it into the most money by the end of the tourney wins.. I remember that up to 10 players was completely free.Any help is appreciated.

site like that was closed down not to long ago. But there was a fee per client.

lazerwager is the king of play money accounts. Even if you send them real cash to fund your account they treat it like funny money.

i used to have a local who used this software...
in order to get live line changes and such (1/2 time bets, qtrs.etc..exotics) u must pay....other than that main sports are free, but lines dont move tha i know of.
