You guys remind me of me when the Saints and Braves are winning.

Something tells me when they lose they are going to snowball just like Portland did when they had there big hot streak at the beginning of the season.

There is no way in hell that the Rockets are this good.

Now I am hearing people say the Rockets are a better team without Ming:missingte

Thats the best one I have ever heard.

Rockets are completely different without Yao. Not saying better or worse but they do play a different style with more hustle and transition.

NO WAY they snowball like Portland did. They are not a young team like Portland. They have a better/tougher mindset with a high basketball IQ. There isn't enough time for them to snowball and they have a somewhat favorable schedule down the stretch. They are a 55 win team this season.

Nothing new

Same thing happened with the Patriots, Red Sox, Yankees, and other teams over the years on these forums. Whenever a team does well and some of their fans post about it they automatically become obnoxious. Human nature.

Look at how many points they are scoring with the BIG CHINAMAN! Their last game, McGrady didnt play the whole 4th quarter and the starters didnt either! They still scored 91 points with no points in the last 3 minutes.

In their previous 5 games they scored. 106, 113,177,103 and 116 points!

Now check out how many points they were scoring their first 40 games of the season!

With the BIG CHINAMAN in the middle, the Rockets guards couldnt penetrate. I am not saying that they are better, but this is a TOTALLY different offense. They CERTAINLY are not any worse!

And Yao Ming chokes in the playoffs as well

Yes I am a joke for thinking that the Rockets are a better team with Ming.

If you said the Rockets are better without Ming to someone who knows anything about basketball they would have you commited.

It is truly comical all as all hell. Perfect example of the masses not understanding the difference in what it takes to win regular seaon games versus playoff games(which is playing hard btw) which is exactly what you got caught up in when the hornets were hot. Hornets built a little better for the playoffs especially the mismatches bonzi can create when healthy.

By the way, I kind of like the rockets and the hornets for that matter. Like teams that play hard. Just all the nonsense spewed on here makes it tough sometimes.

What's your point. I am a fan but I have seen the team play 15 of the 19 during the streak and everyone since Yao has been out. I know they will lose a game sooner or later I am just saying that they have the experience, the confidence and the mental toughness to not let a loss get to them.

I cant wait for the Rockets to lose a basketball game.
