about 7 or 8 years ago, i was playing in a hoop-it-up tournament in atlanta. the WWF was judging the dunk contest. thes guys are incredily massive. macho man had muscles on top of muscles, elizabeth was hot, big john stud was the biggest sob i've ever stood next to. george steele was a funny sob, the protective padding on the hoop was tore off by him with his mouth. some funny shit.

Studd died 13 years ago so maybe that was the reason he was grumpy.

I love how Hogan still claims Andre was 700 pounds when he slammed him.

My dad took me to a show in Seattle and the Iron Sheik tried to throw his magic dust on Andre and Andre picked him up over his head and slammed him. To this day Andre is the biggest man I've ever seen in person.

Years and Years ago...the first WWF event I went to was at Maple Leaf Gardens, Andre was so huge...I remember this one because we were 8 rows back and I could see how much the wrestlers were missing with punches...We sat a couple sections back every other time in order to keep the illusion they were really fighting.

WWF @ Toronto, Ontario - Maple Leaf Gardens - November 24, 1985
Tony Atlas defeated Rene Goulet
Scott McGhee defeated Terry Gibbs
Danny Spivey defeated Steve Lombardi
Randy Savage defeated Mr. Wrestling II
Bret Hart & Jim Neidhart fought Dino Bravo & King Tonga to a double disqualification
Jesse Ventura defeated Uncle Elmer via disqualification
Andre the Giant & Hillbilly Jim defeated King Kong Bundy & Big John Studd in a Texas Tornado match when Andre pinned Bundy

Went to this one the next month

WWF @ Toronto, Ontario - Maple Leaf Gardens - December 29, 1985
Nikolai Volkoff defeated Cpl. Kirschner
Tony Atlas defeated Don Muraco via disqualification
Dino Bravo defeated Jim Neidhart
Adrian Adonis defeated Lanny Poffo
Tony Parisi fought Iron Mike Sharpe to a draw
Ivan Putski defeated Rene Goulet
King Tonga & Ricky Steamboat defeated WWF Tag Team Champions Greg Valentine & Brutus Beefcake in a non-title match
Ricky Steamboat won a 22-man battle royal; Dino Bravo was also involved in the bout

I went to a "christian wrestling" event in Atlanta last May.
Brutus the Barber beefcake,Million $$ man, jimmy superfly snuka,Greg the hammer valentine were all there. There were only about 80 people there but it was somewhat entertaining.
Beefcake was in good shape but the rest were pretty rough.
