I always liked 5dimes and what they offered... but lately, they are giving me too much bs... 1st, this past 3 days or so, I won about 6g. I called them to withdraw $2500 by using person to person option.... CS rep told me to wait and she will process it but she came back and said sorry but my manager wouldn't approve it. So I was like how come, I thought I have till 7 pm to request a withdraw. She said she's not too sure why and she asked me to try tomorrow morning. Also, they change the limit on college basketball bet on my account. I used to be able to bet to win $1000 on totals but now m max bet on total is to win $500. Lastly, I bet on Georgia/Kentucky 1st 10 min over and Utah/UNLV 1st 10 min over. Georgia game was postponed till tomorrow and Utah/UNLV game has gone over and game has ended for 2 to 3 hours now.... they haven't graded my bets yet. I might have to withdraw all my money and go to somewhere else... do you guys know if there is any other books that offer 1st 10 min bets like 5 dimes??

When they book a golf bet incorrectly and tell you your options are to leave and they will grade it correctly or stay and they will grade it wrong and it stands that tells me something. Footnote. Was not a bad line situation in any way shape or form.

5dimes cancelled my Ga/Ky bet about an hour after it was postponed.

They were known for bad customer service but it has improved a LOT in my opinion. I used to be one who criticized their horrible CS.

5dimes is known for cutting limits on players who win.

nobody ( open to US) has as many options as 5D, Greek maybe closest.

OK if they boot guys,IMO...as long as they pay them on the way out, with no BS.

I've never seen another book with basketball for 6 or 10 minute lines.

If they need to protect themselves a bit to survive with good lines, then so be it.

How did they "book it incorrectly"? Sounds like a bad line,
yet you say it isn't.

As doug mentioned TheGreek has almost as many options. TheGreek is an A+ book also. For those of us who make soccer bets they have more soccer options than 5dimes and put up lines earlier.

5Dimes is better than greek and betJam. I've been playing there for awhile and have won quite a bit of money from them and they've never cut my limits. Fast payout and deposits and great reduced juice lines. The best book for baseball bettors in my opinion. and a top 3 best book overall.

5dimes became officially "F" grade book to me and I closed account with them. This past 3 days or so, had way too many problems. Talk to guy name Robert today. I cough while we were talking and he asked me if I was direspecting him and he would hang up the phone on me if I direspect him one more time. WTF?? I can't stop coughing. Anyways, okay customer service from their cs reps but horrible customer service experience from this guys Robert and Lewis who is manager there. Oh, and Robert is Lewis's boss according to himself. The reason why I spoke to Robert in 1st place was because after I had so many problems with 5dimes, I decided to withdraw all my money. I requested a check for max amount and I requested moneygram payout. Live chatted with cs rep and she said my reference number was not available yet. So I asked to be transfer to manager since it has been more than 24 hours since I requested it(their rule page said reference number will be available within 24 hrs). When I got transfer over to Robert, he said he's not sure why mine has not been processed and he told me give them call back later. Then I told him it's been more than 24 hours and I start bitching at them how I had problems with them this past 3 days. I also monetioned to him how I am going to close my account. He then put me on hold and got me a reference number right away. Sorry for the rant guys but this book started great but became shitty ass book once I start winning money.
