I don't know how Sportsbookreview gives these guys a B+ rating with this kind of service. BTW, betguardian and justbet are owned by the same company. This would appear to me to be the kind of answers I would get from a deposit only, D or F rated book. I can't find any info on the site, so I live-chat to ask a few questions. Using live chat at around 4AM EST on a Sunday morning is also not exactly going to be representative to how any book operates day in and day out. You want answers that are not posted simply do what Aaron recommended.

I'm not passing judgment on SBR, but this is some raggedy customer service, and I darn sure wouldn't recommend anyone to open an account or send a dime to these guys.

looks like you were provided good customer service to me, sounds like he answered the questions to the best of his knowledge. It is best to be cautious when dealing with a customer that wants to send 10,000 dollars at 4 AM. Keep in mind that this guy maybe makes $5 an hour(possibly less).
