need help with online casino discipline

I love to play online casino along with the sports but my problem is when I get up on the casino I never know when to be happy with my winnings and walk away. Anyone have any suggestion as to what works for you.

Dont play. I have the same problem with real casinos. So I give half of my winnings to my girl every 2 hours. And she hides it. I get all my winnings at the end of the trip from her.

Ask them to disable it.

I got the same problem and I never have the discipline to quit.

I go up $600 and say to myself "I just want to win $200 more" and I end up down -$800...happens each and every fucking time...

Online casinos are rigged, yet I still play them...:monsters-

What most people said, but more serious. Don't play. First bet is a loser and it's only multiplied. If you insist, no one can help you.
