Uncase you haven't been keeping track. Lebron recently played in his 375th career game. Which qualifies him for the official NBA record list, where he now ranks 4th ALL-TIME in points per game(27.6). Not bad for a kid 9 monthes shy of his 24th birthday.

Kobe should be passing Shaq soon on the alltime list as the big fellows game is declining. But he won't be passing Lebron anytime soon, or even ever for that matter. And Lebron we all know has several 30+ ppg seasons infront of him, So I he should pass Iverson on the all time list. In order to pass Jordan or Wilt, well thats a tall order. Lebron would have to average 32 a game over his next 500 just to get to 30 a game. So I would imagine Jordan and Wilts 30 ppg lifetime should be safe. But you can bet your ass Lebron will stamp his place as the NBAs 3'rd most proficient scorer of all time. Now throw in the assists and rebounds and it's scary to think about. All he needs now is a ring. And at just over 23 years old, He's got time for that as well. ( but it ain't happening this year ... )

If he only started hitting free throws in the 80% range he would be as complete as it gets.

But as a scorer and shooter you have got to shoot better than 70%

Well considering he's doing something this year that only 2 other players in NBA History have ever done... I think he's more than a scorer and shooter, he's also a damn good passer. He's averaging 30 ppg and 7+ assists . and 8+ rebounds a game. Maybe you've heard of the other two guys that have accomplished those stats. One was Oscar Robertson and the other some guy named Jordan. Oh and by the way, the year Jordan did it.. He hadn't won a title yet either. And now your nit picking cause he's not an 80 % shooter from the stripe? Golly gee.. kinda of harsh for the 4th leading scorer of all time on a nightly basis, and somebody having a season that has only been equaled by two Hall of Famers in the NBA's 55 year old existence.

Just think how good a player he would be if he could make a free throw.

He might get it this year if the West beats each other up in the post season

Another milestone:

Notes: James passed Rick Barry for 55th on the NBA’s career scoring list. At his current pace, James would catch No. 50 Isiah Thomas in early April
