Has anyone had good or bad experience with them? I just recieved a match play up to 1000.00 dollar for dollar in a Bonus Play and the roll over is only 1x. Seems fishy, thoughts

the whole thing is a fucking scam that just costed me 5 bills. I deposited 500 and then 500 was credited to my "Bonus Play" account - all is well. I spent about 20 minutes trying to figure out how to use my "Bonus Play" money looking for "check boxes" or whatever with none to be found i called customer service. The chick gave me some shit about a 29-1 ratio (and knowone told me ANYTHING about this the other 3 times i called to make sure it wasn't a scam.) the women then told me to refer to the terms on the website Here's what the terms said -

Free Money cannot be withdrawn from your account. I got that deal in the mail about the matching bonus. I'll stick to my shitty book that has never had any scams that i've known about in almost 5 years with them.

I got a crazy offer from then a few weeks ago....free $200. Seemed to good to be true so I pitched it. After reading this, I'm glad i did.
