if you're not a frequent smoker it should be out of your system in about 3 days from what i understand. It all has to do with the frequency in which you indulge. If you consistently smoke every day it can take 2-3 months to clear your system. That being said, that is for fat sloths who do no physical activity. Like any other toxin you can aid your body in cleansing by sweating. A guy i know claims to have smoked while on probation only to find out that he has a piss test in 48 hours. According to him he played basketball all day, drank water and passed. Urban legend... maybe, who knows.
