I got a $2k check coming via mail. If I cash that at my local bank, am I gonna get busted? Might be a stupid ? but I never win so want to see what the legal rules are on this stuff. Will the bank accept or check on it?
I've cashed numerous checks from them that were over 2k. Never had a problem. One time the check was from Lebanon though so it took a couple weeks to clear. You'll be fine.
