Pryor made a bad choice for himself. The new system in Michigan would have fit him perfect. Hopefully it works out for him in here in Ohio. Works out good for buckeye fans though cause he ain't going to michigan.

He should have gone to an SEC school so he could win a National Championship.

Here's a part of the Associated Press story:

Pryor said Oregon was too far away and Penn State too rural. He said he liked Michigan and new coach Rich Rodriguez, but felt that he has a better shot at making it to the NFL by going to Ohio State.

Yeah, right. Following all those other NFL quarterbacks from Ohio State like....ah, well, there's...ah, then there was....ah........

Christ, Wisconsin has more quarterbacks in the NFL than Ohio State. It all came down to money. The Buckeyes had the most bucks.

If you would have actually watched his press conference instead of reading an article you might have an idea of what he was talking about.

First he is unlike all other OSU QBs in combination of size, speed, etc (and most other schools mind you) so comparisons to previous QBs are useless. Second he said he received info from numerous independent sources telling him OSU is better for him to be prepared for NFL down the road. Third, he cited Pat White throwing for like 1600 yds in Dickrods offense. Fourth, he gets a chance to slowly work into a offense and follow the lead of an experienced QB knowledgable in the system, calls, audibles, etc.

Even though OSU doesn't have high level QBs in the NFL almost all have made a roster. How has DickRods QBs gone. White will be a punt returner maybe.

He is a high school QB,based on what I have seen the least predictable position as to whether someone will be successful moving to college. See-Mitch Mustian. Ronald Curry, ETC>>>>. Guy might be great, but a stud Linebacker has a better chance at success then a High School QB moving to the college level.

dont get me wrong he will prob. be a good player, but i dont think everyone should hype him up to what he is suppose to be. Look at the competition he is playing against in some of these videos. I saw a 5'7 140 db trying to chase him down and tackle him lol.. seriously people hes not going to be a able to throw on or run on 4.4 4.5 speed at the D1 level as easy as he does here. In fact i would like to see how he would have done if he played in the higher classes in Florida or Texas. He will def. compete on the D1 level there is no question about that but idk how hyped up he should be givin the talent he was playing against in Penn. I sure hope he can be the next Vince Young cause Vince was real exciting to watch.
