2 OT games.

4 lower seeds advance (two 12 seeds, two 13 seeds).

Only stinker of a game is Siena's dismantling of Vandy.

I'm sure fans in Little Rock only wish they had this exciting a day.

no doubt GD. Odd that the second day seems to produce the upsets, I wonder why that is

Regression to the mean. A dearth of upsets on Day One, meant the averages were with the upsets on Day Two.

Friday Madness-in play all day
<HR style="COLOR: #fdde82" SIZE=1><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->Yesterday was devoid of the drama we've come to associate with March Madness except for a near-miss by Belmont.
Seems the trend of a dull first day is followed by high drama on day two.

Several juicy mid-major matchups to start the day and some big guns starting their march as well.

Looks like even a "square" could sense the high drama today.

I know, I stayed and watched for awhile, then left to go play in my own tourny

Attendance will suck Sunday with all those upsets. 80=degrees out and you can watch San Diego.

Friday night would have been a great night to pick up tickets from exiting fans. I have used that technique many times in the early rounds of the NCAA tournmament--great way to get seats for the Sunday games.
