I don't believe it had an effect on any wagers, even in teasers unless they are 2nd half bets but FWIW.

INDIANAPOLIS -- Texas A&M pulled within two of UCLA on Sunday. Too bad the game ended Saturday night.

The NCAA clarified the score of the top-seeded Bruins' second-round victory over the Aggies, saying the officials waived off Russell Westbrook's dunk as time expired and the final was 51-49 instead of 53-49.

UCLA's Josh Shipp blocked Donald Sloan's drive in the final seconds and Westbrook rushed up court for an emphatic dunk as the Bruins celebrated.
It turns out Westbrook didn't make it to the basket in time.

"As the officials were leaving the court, they waived off the basket, ruling the ball was still in Westbrook's hands when the clock expired," Hank Nichols, national coordinator of men's basketball officiating, said in a release Sunday. "Amidst the activity courtside, there was a misinterpretation of the signal. But the ruling on the court was that the basket should not have counted, making the final score 51-49, not 53-49."

The Bruins (33-3) will face Western Kentucky in the West Regional semifinals Thursday in Phoenix.

Some books have 3 teamers at 7 points. Ucla backers go from winning leg to losing leg

YES IT DID!

The second half line was between -6.5 and -7.

With the included basket, they won the second half by 7 points.

TRUST ME, the line was -6.5 then moved to -7 for my bet. But obviously I am not complaining at this time so you can figure out why. You could see when he was getting ready to dunk just at the rim that the red light came on at the other goal

Can you be specific as to what book(s) opened at 6.5?

Bookmaker did and within one refresh it was 7 and then up to 7 1/2. It went back down to 7 and jumped back and forth with 7 1/2 the rest of the halftime.

from Betjam's website:
6.For all wagering purposes, BetJamaica does not recognize suspended, postponed, rescheduled contests, protested contests, or overturned decisions.

I would consider this an overturned decision.

I had ucla-7, it was available for a few minutes at bj.
