Doesn't seem right having the Red Sox-A's in Japan to kick off the season, but who needs tradition when there is profit-whoring involved.

I'm not 100% comfortable having OD in Japan, with baseball being America's favorite past time and all.

But that is the nature of the beast.

I'm just happy the season is here!

If I ever visit Japan, I will go here for sure.

I can't win with MLB, games are often in the middle of the night when I can't watch them, and when they finally schedule one for another country at a time I could watch (11am European time), it clashes with another obligation!

GD, what stadium are they playing at over there?
Dsethi, do you know anything about how the park is dimension wise?
Probably safe to assume it won't be as much a pitchers park.

who cares, baseball is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO boring. was good for the bonus days with many games and 5c and 10c lines, but now just another way to pass time before the NFL

Barman started a thread on it. I think it is in the baseball forum. I couldn't find 100% confirmation, but believe it is the Tokyo Dome.

i took Red Sox -1.5 ev i really expect dice k to have a monster year this year, similar to what beckett did last year...he's on his home turf so you know he is gonna be pumped up...if the sox win by 1 then so be it...but i expect a convincing win here...i might just not go into work tomorrow so i can watch the game live...we will see LOL
