OT: Anyone know who I'd call?

These dumb fucks at the City of Cincinnati Buildings and inspections are clueless, I can't get a direct answer. One tells me 12, another tells me it is a State wide code.

I am trying to find out how many seats you are allowed to have without requiring a public restroom. My bakery is only 800sqft and about 500 of it will have a couple tables, couch, etc...seating about 8-12.

I am running out of space quick, if I could get around the public bathroom thing it would be great.

What I'd do is if some one ask about a bathroom id tell them we dont have a public bathroom, but id let them use ours.

Any restaurant owners out there know who could give me a direct answer?

Its in the code. city or state...you cant get an operating permit without an inspection right? who does the inspection ? thats who you need to ask or just wait till the inspection and find out then...
In Louisiana , my friend sells hotdogs.nothing more just hot dogs from an old snowball stand. he has 2 picnic tables outside. a few weeks ago they inspected him and shut him down because if you have even 1 seat for someone to sit in you must have 2 bathrooms....1 for employees and 1 for public
