open the season in Japan at 6am ET? This is crap, I remember that opening day was always on a Monday afternoon in Cinn. Times have changed for the worse.

Really on point. Its really insulting to all the US taxpayers that are subsidizing most of the ballparks in USA to one extent or another and then they open in Japan!

c´mon this is BS.. why dont let another country also enjoy the same feeling you have on opening day.. besides it gives it a more international feel for the WORLD SERIES...

amen.I wish there were mlb teams in japan,you can fly to okinawa on the west coast in almost the same time as you can to florida.I know hawaii would be great for a team.

Who knows the asians are probably better fans than we are,more disciplined. In america some of the fans are getting dumber and more violent it seems to me.mlb should start a team with the hiroshima carp:toast: or the sea cows or whoever.I would love to go to a game with a geisha
