Where did I watch it? 13 rows behind Lute Olsen, right next to D2Bets. Only paid $400 for my ticket, as I went up right after the Illini beat Milwaukee and got there in time to buy from some disappointed Okie St fans as they were walking out of the arena. I will never forget the feeling of defeat and pain, and then gradually starting to believe it could happen. The euphoria of winning that will never be topped in any sporting event for the rest of my life. That team had so much heart and did so much, in terms of inspiring fans of the team. I get teary eyed thinking about it.Don't know Illini, but check my post about the best game in tourney history, you must have a story! where'd you watch it?
wow, you were there?! Those tickets were harder to get/more valuable than the championship game.Where did I watch it? 13 rows behind Lute Olsen, right next to D2Bets.
