Will be in vegas next week and leaning towards betting the Celtics to win it all. Can anyone give me that shove over the top to bet the east to win a championship this year. All comments appreciated>:toast::toast:
well they have really only detroit to get by....and only one monster from the west can make the finals and bos has had success against most of them......
what they did on their last road trip was damn impressive... sweeping the texas triangle these days is unheard of, also gotta like the pickup of cassell for the postseason
Lakers won three titles in the 80's using the same benefits the Celtics possess. Celtics will win in 4-5 the first round, 5-6 in round 2 and 6-7 in Eastern championship. The winner of the west may have to play the max amount of games just to get to the finals.
I am from Boston (in case anyone has been in a cave for the last few years) and do not think the Celts win it all. I doubt it. I hope I am wrong though.
That was a bit troubling to me. I know the sixers are hot. But I really don't have any excuse to offer for that. Was pretty bummed out when the game was over.

Long time ago, but I think you said you werent changing your clothes or coming out of your basement until the playoffs were over. (for good luck or something) Think you were just kidding. Maybe I am thinking of someone else.
i believe if ray allen can get pass his nagging injury, they will win the east.kevin, and paul are holding their own, plus they have a good bench.i do believe tommy is right about the sam trade having a negative effect.rondo is a tempo setter.

It's no great play at +300 - they still have to beat two proven winners in Detroit and SA - while their best player's success in the playoffs can best be described as "slightly better than McGrady's" - but they do have a realistic shot.
You only have SA, LA, DT and Boston with a Suns dark horse - but note that regular season means nothing in the playoffs - nothing - there are no B2B's in the playoffs - and rarely are there any 3 of 5's
