Ok so Curlin looks a lock but any really sharp horse bettors out there fancy anything to place and possible steal it?

The home team are sweet on Jalil but typically the Euro/UAE challenge are found wanting when meeting the US horses on dirt so what of the other US challengers.

Any shrewd/sharp input is greatly appreciated. I'm am looking at the European odds and looking at the 5th odds for a place 1,2,3 and think there must be some value there or even a Bonus Bet (must place and chance to steal the race type of horse).

Curlins rated 11lb superior by the Judges and thats a lot to overcome in normal circumstances but these will be different circumstances, the Travel, Humidity, environment, Track, and not least European tactics, so it not hard to see 11lb being whittled away with a bad draw to boot.

Go dolphin are Masters of hatching a plan to put an opposition favourite under pressure tactically and with Three in the Race its made easier. However, I've long stopped trying to pick the winner of 3 Godolphin horses but maybe laying Curlin Win and Place on Betfair might be the value as He just might get stymied. :drink:

Winbet-you need to stick to sports like cricket, and beer chugging.
Dont explore a sport you know very little about.

You see Curlin has been in Dubai for months now.The TRAVEL,HUMIDITY,eniviroment,TRACK has not and did not effect him at all.He even raced once over there. He won for FUN.
The post position is prefered to be on the outside rather on the inside.

You give the world lots of shit its my turn to return the favor.

Hi winbet - long time.

Seriously opposing US horses in these dirt races is a route to the poor house. More so in the sprints admittedly but do seriously think the likes of Jalil can challenge the US horses. I'm leaning towards Premium Tap e/w but would prefer an opinion of an expert on the US horses. Wouldn't surprise me if they dominate the race.

I actually would put a little bit of money on Happy Boy. Did he win his last race in Dubai? Did he run on the 9th? I know I watched him win a race in Dubai for fun. It was basically a 1X race though. Curlin - Happy Boy exator.

If you think there's a chink in the Armour then maybe laying the 1.4 on Betfair is the way, of course there is the Theory with these Horses that if they are going to lose it will be because of some unforseen happening which will get them out of the frame, hence laying the 1.1 in the place market.

This thread is much like the Tiger Woods Thread in that there are many other easier options than taking on World beaters. Hope all is well with you and your many fingers in pies :103631605 :drink:
