The homer in me voted Lou, but I think UNC will win this thing. They are just too good this year.

thanks, I dont check out the sports forums much round here. just dont have the time. I might read that thread though.

UNC will face defense just about as good as WSU, but Lou is a team that can actually keep up on the offensive end as well.

I can't see NC losing this game. I believe the only #1 seed that won't make the final four could be Memphis.

Huge talent advantage with UNC ! Louisville will give UNC their best game yet but what does that mean ? Not much !

And if the Road Warrior says it, it must be true..

love the dog in this game....nothing better than seeing Roy Williams fuckup another game...JMO

Remember GTown last year in the same spot (same round)??? the Hoyas defeated Vanderbilt on a last-second bank shot by Jeff Green, then beat North Carolina in the Regional Final when their defense caused North Carolina to suffer an improbable collapse in which UNC missed 22 of their final 23 field goal attempts.....LOL

The difference IMO is that last season Lawson and Ellington were freshmen. Ellington has proven to be a big time clutch player this season and Lawson has taken control over games of late showing a desire to score the ball. Also UNC was coming off a brutally tough comeback win against USC and didn't have anything left to finish out that game.
