Report A Post Icon..

FYI - For the last several days I have not been notified by email when any of you "Report A Post". That is when you find a post in some way objectionable and you click on the triangular icon to report the post to all of the Rx.com moderators.

This is the icon I am talking about: ..

Should you discover a post that you feel requires the attention of a moderator you can still try the icon but if you want to make sure some action is at least considered regarding an offending post please email me at wilheim@therx.com and CC to: person19481950@yahoo.com.

Just cut and paste a link to the thread and qoute the post number of the offending post (the # is at top right of all post boxes).

Should you not know how to cut and past a thread URL simply type in what Forum (NBA Forum for example) of the post. Plus add the exact thread title, finally include the post number of the offending post along with the poster's user name.

Add a very brief description as to why you are reporting the post. For example, Spam, Shilling, Abusive or Insulting posts etc..

Hopefully the "Report A Post" function will be operating correctly very soon, at which time I will delete this post.

As most of you know we do not tolerate bashing or ridiculing in any of our sports forums. The Rx.com moderator team depends upon all of you loyal Rx.com posters to report bashing, abusive posting, and un-called for criticism or ridicule by using the "Report Bad Post" icon at bottom left corner of all post boxes. Violaters will be warned, repeat violaters will be placed on post review for a period of at least 14 days. Eventually mutiple bashers who have been warned on several occasions will be banned from the site indefinitely.


Please use the bad post icon to report any bashing or out of line posting - it will be greatly appreciated by The Rx.com Moderator team and will be acted upon promptly and with complete discretion.

Remember violators will be warned and if need be immediately placed on post review or given two week bannings in extreme cases..

Any poster who sees something that appears to be out of line is free to contact any of the Rx. moderators also instead of the Report A Bad Post icon above.

Bottom line is The Rx.com moderator team is asking all of you to show some courtesy to each other. Everyone who is serious about betting on sports deserves to be allowed to post their own thread without being abused or ridiculed by other posters. This goes for veteran and newbie posters alike.

Any threads or posts that don't conform to the new Rx.com courteous posting policy will be moved to the Rubber Room.
