Did this awhile back and had a pretty good listen. It's gotta be something I can listen to, not just yelling and screaming. Some type of good beat. . .

Seether - Fake It
Puddle Of Mudd - Psycho
Monster Magnet - Space Lord
Three Days Grace - Riot

Any other good new ones that you guys can think of?

This is a must. Disturbed - Down with the Sickness

Disturbed, yes. They have a BUNCH of good workout songs. Some people rag on them saying their songs sound too much the same one to the next & David Dramain's vocals employ the same stuff over and over again but frankly I am disgusted by this criticism. Disturbed came out of Chicago with a style that was unique, Hard and totally their own. Disturbed is Great.
