Why is Americas Next Top Model on MTV every time I turn it on?

Had the flu this weekend , and flicked onto MTV every now and again and this damn show was on every time......and again now. Anyone know what the hell MTV is doing?

yeah, mtv pisses me off. plus, their commercial breaks seem to last 10 minutes
