The following plays fall in my "Underdog and Over System" that I had great success with last season.
Plain and simple, Play on the underdog if you feel they can score half the runs in the game. And play the Over if it is an even or +money play. If the DOG scores half the runs you can't lose. In most cases when the dog scores half the runs, the game goes over

YESTERDAYS RESULTS 4-4 +$23.98
Each play worth $25

ON TO TUESDAY

i like the system, how did you do last year with it??

so you pretty much play ANY over that is even or plus IF.......

you think the underdog can score half the runs?

(so in all cases you play both the underdog and the over)

just wondering bc i think its interesting and thats for the post, get back at me .....thanks

Yes, play both. Underdog and over. I didn't keep a record last year with actual numbers but I know that this system made me money. I started it late July of 2007. Thats why I'm putting it to the test again this year and keeping the plays at a small $25 each ($25 underdog and $25 over)

I do not play all the games that fall into this category. For example, Where I lay the Twins/Angels game would fall into this system. Twins are a small dog and the Over is even money. Can the twins score 4 runs today? Probably, but I am in love with the angels at their low price so thats why it's not a system play for me today.

Also keep in mind, Hitting the over works best when the number is a whole. (example NOT 9.5)

I love the system because even if the favorite wins you still have a shot with the over. Most books offer the dog or favorite on their own over under line. (example " will the Mets score 4.5 runs in the game") Those line will almost always cost you a VIG or Juice. This way you can eliminate it. And most cases if the Dog can score half the runs the game goes over.
Just like you saw with the pirates and Royals Last night. Sorry to drag on. The best of luck to you guys and I hope you look for my post each day

I really like this just because say the o/u is 8. Well, if the dog scores 4 runs...you know you already won something on that game.

Same goes for 8.5 and 9. If the dog dog scores 4 in a game with the Over of 9. You know you at least have a push on the over (if at even money) and may only lose the dog bet. I'm telling you guys this system is the best I've seen. Almost like it as much as my the system I have for roulette. Ha! Ha!
