they have to see it....they are moving the juice on the spread portion..i know the computer moves most of it but the line manager should be watching what accts are moving the juice.....
customer service at pinny is great. last time i dealt with them, my horse rebate wasn't in my account. 1 e-mail and 3 mins later, it was there. with an apology.
On a number of occasions they've comped and thanked me
when i pointed out a line mistake. Now if they can just send
over a lady from CS next time, and offer lines on every sport
our heart's desire, no matter how much it costs them... ;
