My plays today:<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

A’s/Red Sox under at 8.5 - Harden pitched 6 innings and only gave 1 run to the Red Sox earlier this year and the under is 5-1 in the last 6 games between these teams in Oakland. 1/2 unit.

Phillies RL -1.5 (+100) vs. Nationals - Hamels was 8-2 with a 3.24 era at home last year and 2-1 with a 1.97 era vs. the Nationals last year. 1 unit. Play of the day.

Blue Jays +140 at Yankees - Burnett was 1-0 with a 0.60 era vs. the Yankees last year in two starts and Mussina was 7-5 with a 4.88 era at Yankee stadium last year. 1/2 unit.

Padres -135 vs. Astros - Maddux was 8-5 with a 3.59 era at home last year while Rodriguez was 3-10 with a 6.37 era on the road last year. 1 unit.

Another losing day going 2-2 in baseball including losing my play of the day with the Phillies making my season record 1-2. Harden pitches a great game giving up zero runs, but Lester matches him pitch for pitch as the Red Sox win 5-0 hitting the under making me 3-0 in total plays this year. Hamels pitches a great game only giving up a wind blown HR by Zimmerman, but the Phillies only get 1 hit losing 1-0. Burnett shuts down the Yankees offense just like he did last year as the Blue Jays win 5-2 as I will continue to fade the Yankees as Vegas always sets their lines high even with shit pitches like Mussina starting for them. Padres take a 6-5 lead into the 9th and Hoffman gets the first two guys out, but ends up giving up 4 runs in the 9th including a 3 run HR to Berkman. So much for counting on the closer that has the most saves ever.

Early leans for today:

Tigers RL -1.5 (+115) vs. Royals - Bonderman was 1-0 with a 1.80 era vs. the Royals last year in 3 starts while Greinke was 0-2 with a 9.31 era vs. the Tigers last year. I can't see the Tigers losing three straight games to the Royals either.

Yankees/Blue Jays over at 9.5 - McGowan was 4-7 with a 4.91 era on the road last year including two starts in Yankee stadium where he went 1-1 with a 6.35 era. Hughes was 1-2 with a 5.91 era at home including two starts vs. the Blue Jays where he went 0-1 with a 6.75 era with the average score in those two games being 14.5 runs.

Orioles/Rays over at 10 - Sonnanstine was 4-5 with 5.47 era on the road last year including one start at Camden Yards where he gave up 5 runs in 6 innings and was 1-2 with a 8.04 era vs. the Orioles last year. Trachsel was 0-1 with a 7.53 era vs. the Rays last year and 0-3 with a 5.93 era vs. the Rays in his career. Add in both teams have bad bullpens I'm expecting a score similar to last night where the Orioles won 9-6.
