You can hit 60% favs and be down money, and 48% dogs and be up money. I see posters keeping just a w/l record and I laugh as if they are hiding something...

Since baseball is considered the "off" season, you are also allowed to start a new posting record every six weeks. Good Luck

good advice if you are trying to tai people. I do bet my own games. My point was merely, how can someone bet baseball and not keep a unit record in a moneyline sport. They are just cheating themselves.

All kinds of posters here...

Two of the most comical types with baseball plays:

1. Posters that have been winning all kinds of plays...not posting them here at the RX...and talk about their record, actually act like it really exists here at the RX without any posts to prove verification. Oh hell yes...BANG.:toast:

2. Posters that toss out plays/comps/opinions/leans/dart board hits/coin toss plays...and do not bother to post their record because they are better than everyone else and just too busy to keep track for the lurkers or the drooling hermits that read that shit. :103631605

Use the tracker forum.

No horseshit there.

No leans...No opinions...No coin tosses...No BS.

Just plays and accurate records...Win or Lose.

3rd type of poster I forgot to mention...

Guys posting baseball plays that are 20-30cents off...

Hell some are simply inventing lines that do not exist.

I know exactly who/what you are talking about and I have avoided saying anything to them. Maybe I should but people get too defensive and I dont feel like arguing.

Drives me crazy but leads to the question of "Is a poster responsibile with keeping his record when posting his daily plays?"

Also, is it me or is it misleading to post only your series record? There are some people that say they are 2-0 instead of 2-6 because they ended up plus money after playing an entire weekend series.

This type of message should be stuck at the top of every sports forum, not just NBA...

That message or one very similar to it is made sticky at the top of all the major sport forums in season.

Baseball Forum..

When football returns both NFL and CFL forums will have WA lines sticky threads posted. I recently unstuck the one that was in the college baksketball forum.

Fair enough. I take it that the Rx is USA focused so your definition of
major sports is one from a USA viewpoint and not the world as a whole,
hence Soccer and Hockey are excluded from your list of "major sports".
