Jackson is an enigma pitcher. Pitches well for a short time, then will have no command. Jackson needs to prove me wrong, and go into Yankee Stadium and pitch well. However, I see Yankees coming out in this one with the bats. Rays could get 4-6 runs off of Pettite.
Jackson is his last start against Yanks, he pitched 3.1 innings and gave up 7 runs and 5 bb's. Rays got to Pettite last time they met; Andy pitched 6 IP with 11 hits and 5 er's.
Yanks got too much firepower to lay down and even though I am hoping Jackson can contain them, I am betting on the grain he will give a few up. He might start fast, but he is known for the big inning.
