And right now he is playing like it. This guy gives the Cubs a great lineup all the way to the 7th spot.

If Wood can do a good job closing like I think he can. They may be the team to beat in the central.

Soriano is like 1/21, when he gets it going they will be dangerous.

He better ...right now he's a complete liability.
He's swinging at bad pitches and teams are pitching him inside and he's jamming himself.

The guy is hitting .500 and had the game winning hit today.
I will take that liability on my team everyday of the week.

was at the game today... they love fukudome
when he came thru with that huge 2-run double late in the game, we all were cheering "FOO-KU-DOH-ME!" even during the commercial break to get the reliever in. it was unreal.

and then when he went to field his position the rightfield bleacher bums gave him a louddddd ovation. he bowed down and thanked them all.

so far, he's the real deal. just upsets me cuz he should be playing on the southside of chicago!!!! :ohno:

but the sox have too many outfielders as it is so no problems now lol

but before we deem him the best since ichiro, meaning better than hideki, id wait til he faces the league the 2nd time around. he's a very patient hitter but has some holes in his swing that can be exposed by the right pitchers.

bottom line japs do it better. They are discipline, fundamental, and have great work ethics.

It's just the way it is as Tupac said.
