microsoft already announced they wont go Blu-Ray which makes absolutely no sense to me.
And my 360 crashed and the whole process of them repairing it took 6 freaking weeks. I also had the power supply fail and have to be sent a new one.
Xbox live is pretty cool. But I never had trouble finding people to play online when I had a ps2. I can no longer reccomend an xbox360.

i just got a ps3 after weighing all the info and researching. i tried out the signature online game for the ps3, "warhawk" ... a first person war shooter with up to 64 people playing at once. I have been hooked for a full month. I'm sure the xbox online shooter is even better, "halo" from everything i've ever heard... but seeing what sony is capable of doing on the ps3 and knowing the games are going to get much much better over the next 18 mos.... the online sevice is free, i have a blue ray player... well, i am happy with the ps3. i don't care what i may be missing on xbox now. I've got the better system, a few games that keep me fully engaged and the knowledge that my system is just coming into it's own.... not at it's peak on on the way out.
EA just better step to the plate and make madden 09 worthwhile for the ps3... madden is where i spend 99% of any gaming i do traditionally and these next gen systems really screwed up madden.

thanks for posting this,it was funny.you would think for a product that has been out for a few years,and to have one of the richest people in the world[maybe bill should wrap a wet towel around his system],you would think they could supply a better product.its been along time since ive gamed:toast:,but iam getting a ps3,because its more than a game system,its a entertainment system.i want madden 09,and colleage football 09,and unreal tournament 3.
I usually ONLY play madden... but i have "warhawk".. an online shooter war game thats very very hard to learn but great once you do and also "burnout paradise" a very cool car game. both are top rated by reviewers. MLB - "the show" also gets great reviews.
call of duty 4 will be next for me if i have time
