Are you saying that the Tigers won't win one single game until Granderson comes back?

No. I am saying the Tigers offense is not at full strength without Curtis and couple that with inflated lines, its not a good situation. Granderson is the catalyst, no reason to bet them as chalk till they get him back.

What if you bet them only once in the next 10 games, because you've capped it out and liked the play, and it wins? Detroit could go 1-9 in those 10 games, but you'd be 1-0 + however much you wagered. And what if the Tigers were -101 in that game?

Wouldn't you be costing yourself money if you DON'T bet the game that you liked? Seems like blindly ignoring a team could be costly.

There are about 15 games to bet on for most nights. Why bother with this team right now?

Detroit at home -101, sure, sign me up. Not -165, which is my point. I am not interested in betting Detroit not at full strength and inflated to boot.

What if you bet the Tigers tomorrow at -165 and they won? You wouldn't be interested in making money? Why not?

So I guess we should bet the Tigers the first game back for Granderson regardless of matchup?

I am interested in making money, but I am not interested into buying into inflated lines especially when key players are injured.

never said that either. I would wait a couple games to see how Detroit plays. As bad as they are playing right now, they are gonna have to show some signs of life till I bet them.

makes sense

I'm a detroit fan and lost money on them when they got beat by kansas..i get his point..why bother with them right now? Yeah, they can win tom or the next day but why bother when they are stinking it up right now. He's just trying to save y'all some money. It's a good point. BUt if you feel like they can win tom or the next day, whenever, go ahead, they gotta start their winning ways sometime. I, personally, am not betting on them until they 'show signs of life'

You could make that statement about every team playing tomorrow. Once Detroit wins, they will become a possible play but until then....I wont be touching them.

Its your money, do what you want with it, though.

I think Detroit's pen is garbage...

So I am going to wait for Zumaya and Rodney.

I bet on Detroit tonight for the first time since this thread was created, and first time since April 2nd.

Granderson, Zumaya, and Rodney all didn't play, but the Tigers still won. Weird. Glad I didn't follow your advice. Hopefully nobody else did either.

I was being sarcastic with my post...about the two relievers...

Sorry you did not comprehend that.

Congrats on the win.
