Lazy -man weight loss

i would like to lose 20 pounds without doing any exersize! Any suggestions? Surley there must be others out there as lazy as I am. I am however ruling out the cocain/marlboro diet!:103631605

Cut out soda and sugars. Eat healthy. Cut out beer. Take shots with no chasers if you are an alcoholic. Eat 5 small meals a day. Don't eat before you go to bed.

Should cut out 10 pounds in 2 weeks if you aren't doing that stuff already

I quit Coca cola and beers and lost 30 pounds. If you wanna get crazy cut out sugar and bread completely.

so far all great ideas- and best of all they require ZERO exersize!!! tommorow I officially begin my ZERO excersize diet---Starting weight 203- Will post weight in 30 days!!! Thank Gents-:toast: p.s.--I refuse to quit drinking beer or eating chocalate!!:103631605 also just finished a large sausage pizza -but did give my lovely wife 1 slice!!!

how many beers a day? it will be hard to lose weight while crushing budweiser all day

I drink light beer and cut it out for 5 days and lost 8 pounds. That shit is killer. That's why I said switch to shots if ya wanna get drunk. It'll be alot easier to lose weight without working out. Plus if you are like most beer drinkers, you drink it until you are ready to hit the hay and then all those calories just sit there overnight and turn into fat. Not good at all to eat or drink before bed.

3 isn't that bad I suppose. If you don't want to cut them out, cut out something else. That 5 small meals a day thing is key though. Cut out all the bad stuff you can and do the 5 small meals. Emphasis on chicken and fish. Wheat bread instead of white. White turns directly into fat pretty much.

Ok, if you follow the link, it's going to look a little stupid. The web site looks goofy and I myself would not not give them a cent if I read this randomly. The concept behind the 11 day diet is correcting your metabolism and eliminating certain types of calories and eating certain type of calories together during specific meals. I did it ONLY because my g/f was doing it and she cooks for me. Now she is a vegetarian, so when it came to choosing the allowable foods from the list, we didn't have any meats for the whole eleven days. I lost 13 lbs in 11 days eating 4 times a day strictly following the rules.


This was all my g/f idea in the first place. She paid the fee to gain access to the diet generator on the web site etc... I can tell you for sure I wouldn't have paid a cent for any kind of diet info, but this one just sorta happened thru circumstances. I think its either 20 or 30 bucks. You can do a search thru google to arrive at the web site on your own. I am not trying to link you for my own gain. Or... do some free research on metabolism. The "diet generator" is what your paying for thru this link. It offers you a list of allowable foods and then groups them together for an 11 day plan with very specific groupings that apparently enhance metabolism. Shit worked for me. Worked my shit too.

I lose 15-25 LBS every few years with no exercise. Dont woryy or think about anything but calories. I eat around 1,300 calories a day or less and absoultely NEVER EVER and I mean ever have a cheat day. Many will tell you to allow yourself a cheat, dont because one cheat day a week becomes two, etc, etc. If you stick to my advice yhe weight will fall of between 2-4 LBS a week which doesnt seem like much but in 2 months you will have lost 15-20 LBS, never fails.
